Limited License Agreement

Employer & users 1: The materials presented in the Refund Specialist System is an industry information training system only without any representations or warranties, express or implied. The information provided in the Refund Specialist System is offered only on the basis that purchaser/ user will be responsible for making their own assessment of the information and are advised to verify all relevant representations, statements and information. No liability (in contract, tort or otherwise) will be accepted by Create Business for any loss or damage incurred as a result of reliance upon any material contained in the publication, or for any information or advice provided in publication or incorporated into it. Whilst all attempts have been made to ensure accuracy & currency, we do not and cannot make any claims in relation to any likelihood of success or potential income using this business information package, all income shown here is anecdotal and is not in any way indicative of future income.

2: A strict condition of purchase / use of The Refund Specialist System is that it is used solely to establish a Refund business for the original purchaser only and not for any other use. Any other use of this business information is strictly prohibited & exposes you/support staff / related third party entities to full liability.

4: Information that is disclosed to you relating to the set up, structure & operation, of the money Refund business, via the Refund Specialist System is the sole intellectual property of Create Business. You as a user acknowledge and agree to keep the outlined Refund business concept, model and its operation confidential and not disclose any of its information to a third party, other entity, person, except to any employees outside of your current employer’s business, and to utlise its information as required only to completing the related tasks for your employers Refund business ONLY, any other use is fully liable for damages as set by Create Business.

5: Any form of disclosure of the Refund business concept, model, system or any selling, copying, sharing, teaching or training in the Unclaimed money Refund concept is prohibited till the end of time and would constitute a breach of agreement, you agree that damages will be applied in case of breavh and that damages alone would not be sufficient remedy in the instance of a breach by you, you further acknowledge and agree that any form or alteration of it intellectual property or operational structure will represent a breach of terms & conditions of this agreement.

6: you as a user hereby acknowledges & agrees that upon termination of your employment with the employer that you will have no right to use any of the information in the Refund Specialist System and will be fully restraint from working in the refund and unclaimed money industry for a period of 15 years- unless you undertake a written request to Create Business and receive written approval to be able to practice in the Unclaimed money refund industry.

7: The employer and user shall indemnify Create Business for all cost & fees incurred by us for mercantile agency & solicitors fees, as well as all legal & court costs incurred in the Refund of the debt outstanding by any damages breach. In the instance of a breach, you will be notified of A default note may be placed on your credit rating record, resulting in substantial damage to the defaulters’ borrowing capacity as well as capacity to do business in general. This contract is executed under the laws of the state of NSW. The offer of our products solely on the basis of the above listed terms & conditions and acceptance of our products & services is an automatic acceptance of our terms of use & conditions, which may vary without notice from time to time. I/we, the Licensee applicant (s), understand all the conditions above and I agree to abide by them in full.
